Rishikesh Yog shala offers 200, 300, 500 hour Yoga teacher training courses which are applicable for any practitioner from beginner to advanced level. The mission of our organization is to ensure that we share the knowledge of ancient Yogic philosophy and practices with as many as possible. The syllabus covers all aspects of Yogic practices like shatkarmas, pranayamas, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, alignment and multi-style asanas. With the most knowledgeable Yogic Gurus, we aim to raise awareness of the mental and physical benefits that one can achieve by practicing Yoga. Yoga has gained a lot of significance in recent times which has raised the demand for good Yoga teachers. Keeping this in mind we work towards shaping the knowledge and skills of aspiring Yoga teachers who can share this knowledge further. As our school is affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA, the certification that we provide is globally applicable.
